Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing paw balance. We hope you are satisfied with our products, but if not, we're here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of your delivery date.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Our no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to new customers on their first order. It does not apply to repeat orders, additional orders, or subscription renewals.

The following terms apply:

  • Limited to one (1) claim per customer or household.
  • Applies only to purchases made directly through our website. It does not apply to purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party retailers.
  • The 30-day period does not reset with replacement or subsequent subscription shipments.
  • We may request the return of any unopened products as a condition of completing your refund. Refunds in these cases will be processed once the unopened products are received.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Issues beyond our control are not eligible. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, third-party hardware or software failures, and information entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout (e.g., an incorrect email address or shipping address).

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Paw Balance. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, resale activity, or misuse of our refund policy.

 

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pawbalance.co Include your account information, purchase details, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Paw Balance LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.


6. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, Paw Balance does not generally accept returns. Returns are considered only in limited circumstances and are granted solely at the discretion of Paw Balance LLC.

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened products. Once a product's seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned. As a consumable supplement, opened products cannot be resold and pose hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Subscription and recurring orders. Products fulfilled through any recurring subscription or auto-renewal are final sale and are not eligible for return. Subscribers wishing to stop future shipments should refer to our Cancellation Policy in Section 1.
  • Products returned without prior authorization. Any item shipped back to us without an approved return authorization will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.

In the rare cases where a return may be considered (for example, a product that arrives damaged or defective), you must contact our support team at support@pawbalance.co within 30 days of your delivery date and receive written authorization before sending anything back. Approval of a return request is never guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific circumstances.

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returns received in unsellable condition, or that do not match the authorized request, may be rejected at our discretion.

Paw Balance LLC reserves the right to accept or deny any return request for any reason. This Return Policy does not affect or expand the terms of our Refund Policy described above; eligibility for a return does not guarantee a refund.
